We are an Out-of-Network Provider

What this means for you?

At our practice, we choose to remain out of network so we can deliver the advanced, individualized neurological rehabilitation services our patients truly need without the restrictions, time limits, or care-determining policies often imposed by insurance companies.

This independence allows us to provide longer, more specialized sessions, evidence-based interventions, and comprehensive treatment planning that prioritizes your progress rather than meeting insurance quotas.

Although we are OON, we work closely with you to help submit claims for your out-of-network benefits, providing detailed invoices and guidance to make the reimbursement process as smooth as possible. Our goal is to ensure you receive the highest quality care while maximizing any benefits available to you.

Invest in yourself. Change your life.

We believe neuro recovery is more than what insurance dictates, and we know clinical support can be limited.

That’s why our services are transparent, flexible, and built to fit your goals.

The Iyuiykawa Program

Support Recovery. Empower Change.

Iyuiykawa is a word that means “from the heart” and is from the Choctaw-Irish story about Kindred Hearts. You can read the story here yourself - but the thought behind it is helping someone who you don’t know, because you know [or understand] the position they are in. Not everyone can access the neurological rehabilitation they deserve (with or without insurance) due to financial stress. Insurance doesn’t cover what is truly needed, and too many people are left without the care that could change their lives.

At Evolve OT, we’re building a different model, one where community can step in when the system falls short. By donating, you’re not just giving money, you’re giving someone the chance to rebuild their independence, and reclaim their life.
